Privacy policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

This policy explains what information IPOScanner by MoneyFyx ("we") collects when you use moneyfyx.com and how it is used.

Information we collect

  • An account is optional. If you create one (with email and password, or with Google), we keep your email, name, mobile number, and — if you give them — your city, which broker your demat account is with and your IPO experience; a securely hashed password (never the password itself); and your “My IPOs” list (with any family applications you add), the IPOs you follow, your notes and your site settings, so they stay the same on your devices. We use these details to run your account and to understand our users; we do not sell them. Your scorecard is worked out in your browser from that list. To have your account and its data deleted, write to us through the Contact page and we will delete it. We never collect PAN, bank or other financial details. If you save a PAN to check allotment faster (on the My IPOs page), it stays only in your own browser — it is never sent to us or saved in your account.
  • Without an account, your “My IPOs” list, follows and notes stay only in your browser.
  • Your browser stores a few preferences on your own device (theme, whether GMP is shown, and the last loaded IPO data for faster loading). These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
  • Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
